Crescent Park Carousel, end of Bullock's Point Avenue, East Providence. (401) 435-7518 or (401) 433-2828. The carousel is open from Easter through Columbus Day on Saturdays and Sundays. Additional days are added during the summer. Ride tickets are 75 cents each. The carousel can be rented for parties, weddings, and other functions, with special children's birthday party packages available.

Easton’s Beach Carousel, 175 Memorial Blvd., Newport, located directly on ocean beach. Carousel birthday parties, complete with private outside deck, tables and chairs, unlimited rides and carousel operator. $50 per hour; $65 per hour off season; 1 1/2-hour minimum. Carousel is heated. Available March 15-Nov. 30.
